Koosmeiega Group was founded in 2021 as an online platform where skilled professionals and people with real tasks could find each other in one place. Later, the market led the company into passenger transport, staff leasing, and client work in Estonia and Germany. That path made one thing clear: businesses struggle to find the right people, while specialists often struggle to see honest and understandable opportunities.

New market experience
Work in passenger transport and staff leasing showed how important reliable people, timing, and clear communication are.
